11. THE CAST OF DEADMEAT

Martina recently appeared in a production of Othello at the Donmar Warehouse with Chiwetel Ejiofor and Ewan McGregor. She is a household named in Britain for her role of Comfort Jones in the hit BBC show Casualty. Her other TV roles include, Touch of Frost, Jonathan Creek, and The Bill. She has appeared in productions at the National Theatre such as The Five Wives of Maurice Pinder. For the RSC she has appeared in productions such as The White Devil, Three Hours After Marriage, Troilus and Cressida. In London's West End: Arabian Nights . Her feature films include The Hurting.

Jo is working with the RSC in Malorie Blackmans play Noughts and Crosses in which she plays Sephys mother Jasmine. Her previous RSC credits include: Don Carlos and Oronooko in 2000. Jos film and TV work includes: Madge in Doctors, Natalie in The Crouches, Rochelle in Chef! with Lenny Henry, a prison warden in Batman Begins and a prison governor in Batman Returns, both for Warner Brothers in 2006.

Clare has worked in film, theatre, television and radio, notably in Ladybird, Ladybird, Secrets and Lies and Pigheart Boy (Bafta Best Children's Drama) and most recently Bullet Boy and Football Factory (Vertigo Films). Clare appeared regularly as Denise Boulter in the Channel 5 soap opera Family Affairs. Other TV credits include Clapham Junction, Talk to me, The Wedding, My Wonderful Life for Granada (3 Series), Men Behaving Badly (BBC), A&E (Granada), Merseybeat (BBC), Casualty (BBC), Doctors (BBC), Baby Father (BBC) and The Crouches (BBC). Clare has also worked for London Bubble, Contact Theatre, The Royal Court, Theatre Royal Stratford East and the Young Vic amongst others and has been playing the regular character of Mel in the BBC World Service soap Westway for the last five years. Numerous other radio credits include Town & Gown (BBC Radio 4), Sundiata (BBC World Service), Ministry of Performing Arts (BBC Radio 4) and Madame Bitterfly and the Stockwell Diva (BBC Radio).

Robbie's most recent movies are Cass, Hush and Bad Day. He is best known for his Desmond's character Lee Graham, and for appearing in Guy Ritchie's crime caper Snatch. He also appeared in the movie Mean Machine playing Trojan. In 2003 he starred in the BBC sitcom The Crouches as Roly Crouch, the father in a "triple-generation family sandwich". Also in that year, he made an appearance in the horror/action film Underworld alongside Kate Beckinsale and Bill Nighy as Khan, weapons master and leader of the Death Dealers. He also co-starred as 'Shrimper' in Pirates of the Caribbean and also supported Steven Seagal in action thriller "Out Of Reach".

Wil's most recent movie is AdULTHOOD, he continues to blaze a trail on British TV with his regular character Spencer Jordan in the Emmy Award winning show Waking The Dead. He has played lead characters in Clocking Off (BAFTA Best Drama Series) and Buried Treasure (BAFTA Best Single Drama). His TV roles include Babyfather, Cracker, London's Burning. His feature work includes SW9, Emotional Backgammon, Disorientated Generation, Yes! and Midnight Breaks.

Brian has regularly appeared on British television since 1980, and also appeared in the play Where There Is Darkness in 1981, winning the 1982 London Critics' Circle Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actor of 1981 for his performance. He starred with Gary Olsen in the 1986 TV series Prospects about 2 unemployed lads in the Docklands trying their hand at anything to make a 'few bob'. Some of his most famous roles have been DC Rob Thatcher in The Bill, Jez Littlewood in Gimme, Gimme, Gimme, and Detective Andy Sharp in My Dad's the Prime Minister. He now plays Leo Valentine in Hollyoaks. The feature films he has appeared in include Love Actually, Shoreditch, All Or Nothing, Hotel, Hang Time, Sorted and Secrets and Lies.

Roger has recently appeared in the hit Channel 4 show Dubplate Drama, where he played D-Brain. He is probably most well-known for his role as kitchen hand Everton in Lenny Henrys Chef!. He has guested in many of the popular long running comedy / soaps on British screens, such as Birds of a Feather, Family Affairs, Casualty, Heartbeat, Eastenders, Doctors and Holby City where he played Harvey Tyson. He was a semi-regular character D.S. Paul Timpney in The Bill, and has been in Dr Terribles House of Horrible. His feature films include Ama, Hard Men, Buffalo soldiers, and Batman Begins

Cyril attended the Young Vic Youth Theatre in Waterloo, London. He trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and is probably best known for playing the role of Superintendent Adam Okaro, now Chief Superintendent, in the long-running ITV police drama The Bill. He also had a cameo role as Graham, a barrister colleague of Miles and Anna, in several episodes of the cult BBC TV drama series This Life as well as EastEnders, Family Affairs and Arabian Nights. Film appearances include Bernardo Bertollucis Besieged, David Hares Strapless, and Long Time Dead. He is currently filming to take on a new role in the BBC1 hit Holby City.

Q has appeared in TV shows such as South of the Border, Silent Witness, Waking The Dead, The Bill, Ruth Rendell Mysteries and Big George is Dead. As well as appearing in Comedy TV shows such as Demonella and the Yob by the comic strip, working alongside Jennifer Saunders, Keith Allen and Robbie Coltrane.

Geff's most recent movie is the Walker with Woody Harrelson. He portrayed Lynford, a hoodlum in For Queen and Country as well as the title character's son in the Peckham set comedy Desmond's. He has since become a regular character actor on British television appearing in shows as Robin Hood, New Tricks, Waking The Dead, Murder City and Bad Girls.

Chris Tummings has been acting for the past 26 years and has played wide range of roles in theatre, television and film as well as being a stand-up comedian for a number of years. He made his professional debut in 1979 starring in the Mustapha Matura play Welcome Home Jacko. He starred in the hit Channel 4 sitcom No Problem, in which Tummings played Toshiba the streetwise motor mouthed DJ. He also co-wrote and co-starred in Get Up Stand Up with Malcolm Frederick and Angie Le Mar. Later he became a regular feature in the award winning sitcom Desmonds, and went on to feature in a number of films such as Burning An Illusion, Runners alongside Edward Fox and Water, a comedy starring Michael Caine and Billy Connolly. Most recently he has appeared on TV in Doctors, Holby City and The Bill

Rianna is something of a trailblazer. She became Britains first black weather girl at 25, presenting LWT weather. She was also the first very heavily pregnant weather girl, working right up until her due date. She became a familiar face on terrestrial TV and went on to front Holiday Out, Watchdog and UKs Worst.

Ché studied acting at the Webber Douglas Academy in London (1989-1992 graduating with Distinction) he has worked with Edward Bond, Dennis Potter, Philip Ridley, Mark Ravenhill and Ricky Gervais, among others. His TV appearances include, Holby City, The Office, Eastenders, The Bill, Judge John Deeds, The Vice, Casualty, Supply & Demand, Soldier Soldier. His Film appearances include January the 2nd, directed by Matt Winn, Bedlam, directed by Vadim Jean, Circus, directed by Robert Walker, Kiss Kiss Band Bang, directed by Stuart Suggs

Jasons feature films include Goal, Crusade in Jeans and AdULTHOOD. He has appeared on TV in Eastenders, Slient Witness and Ahead of the Class.



Jamal makes his feature film debut in Deadmeat, he is at school and lives in Cricklewood. North Weezy.
