5. Q SIGNS A BIG DEAL WITH A MAJOR PUBLISHER


Q signed a major deal with Sceptre an imprint of Hodder and Stoughton, they published an updated version of Deadmeat and sold over 20,000 copies to mainstream buyers. Jeffery Archer the bestselling author became Q’s mentor and hailed him as the new voice of literature, they were guests on numerous prime time TV shows and written about in the tabloids and the broadsheets.

Q wrote short stories, some were published by Hodder and Stoughton such as Disco Biscuits; new fiction by the chemical generation he contributed a story called - The Sparrow

And for Little Brown Publishers - Le Foot; Legends of French Football he contributed a story called - The Unknown Soldier.

As well writing poetry and he toured around the world and performed his spoken word pieces and read Deadmeat with an eight piece live band. He was living part of his dream but he still had to make the film of the book.
