The book Deadmeat was adapted into a stage play by Q and performed at the prestigious West Yorkshire Playhouse and directed by Jude Kelly with a high profile cast which included Sir Ian McKellen in one of the roles.
The theatre was turned into a night club environment, with a bar, waiters, large screen's, a DJ, a live band and computers with internet connections, which allowed the audience to interact with the action, it was truly a multi-media experience.
Q took the ideas and format he developed in the theatre and wrote, directed and produced an interactive short of Deadmeat which married the images from his website and played in front of features in the movie halls. By now Q, had got involved Adam and Ben Laurie two brothers who were both ex-hackers, the brother's had the technology, companies and money and Q found himself part of a group of internet poineers who were supported by big technology companies and they developed digital brands that they distributed across the world wide web.
